Electrical Technician-Japanese bilingual

Salary Range: $60K (1–2 years’ experience) – up to $100K (highly experienced)

Location: U.S. (Visa sponsorship available)

Language: Japanese ability a plus

About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Technician to support factory equipment management, servo controls, Mitsubishi sequence programming, and overall plant maintenance. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electronic and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Assemble, test, adjust, and repair electronic and electrical components
• Support factory equipment management, including servo control and Mitsubishi sequence systems
• Perform factory maintenance (保全業務) and ensure operational reliability
• Collaborate with engineers and customers on projects and equipment improvements
• Ensure installations meet specifications, codes, and safety standards

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years of progressive training/experience
• 3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, testing, and repair
• Proficiency with CAD and electrical testing tools
• Japanese language skills a plus
