We’re Hiring: ERP Business Process Lead

📍 Santa Fe Springs CA 🕒 Full-Time | Exempt

We’re looking for an ERP Business Process Lead to streamline and optimize our business processes as we roll out our ERP system. You’ll collaborate across departments, translate business needs into smart system solutions, and champion process excellence from design to go-live (and beyond).

🔹 What You’ll Do

✅ Lead business process analysis & reengineering in key areas (sales order management, pricing, customer management, collections, etc.)

✅ Partner with stakeholders & SMEs to gather and validate requirements

✅ Design future-state processes aligned with ERP best practices

✅ Facilitate workshops, gap analyses & ensure ERP configuration alignment

✅ Drive data consistency, standardization & process harmonization

✅ Support UAT/SIT testing, change management & user training

✅ Monitor post-implementation performance & lead continuous improvement

🔹 What We’re Looking For

💼 Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite

📊 Experience in process modeling (e.g., Visio) and cross-functional teamwork

🗣 Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills

⚡ Adaptable, flexible & deadline-driven

🍖 Food industry or meat packing experience = big plus
