A global Japanese logistics company is hiring a Japanese Bilingual Moving Coordinator.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday work may be required) 

Salary:$24-25/hour


RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to effectively communicate with the customer to properly prepare necessary documents to coordinate a residential or organizational move.

• Customer Service; ability to effectively communication by email or phone with the customer to complete necessary documents required to coordinate the move

• Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required

• Interact closely with the moving team in preparation of the customer goods

• Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removing and loading of customer’s goods

• Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team

• General business support function as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual in English and Japanese, both at a business level, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages.

• Computer skills to include data entry and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Ability to clearly communicate directions to the driver and moving team

• Ability to work overtime to meet the customer needs

• Strong customer service skills

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service


TRAVEL & OVERNIGHT WORK

This position oversees operations across multiple states, requiring frequent travel and overnight stays

Travel may include assignments as far as Kansas and other states

Overnight travel should be expected almost weekly during busy periods

In some cases, assignments may require travel from Monday through Friday

Hotel accommodations and dinner expenses are provided for overnight assignments
