A well-established food company with offices in Torrance, CA and New Jersey is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the food or retail industry.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with customers in the assigned territory
- Execute business plans using data-driven and effective communication strategies
- Conduct sales analysis and develop goal-oriented initiatives
- Assist with implementing marketing campaigns and promotional projects
- Support Managers with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (English: Native level / Japanese: Business level or above – Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management within the food or retail industry (Required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to travel out of state when needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license
