Service Engineer

A Japanese company in the Smyrna, GA area is looking for an experienced Service Engineer

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 or 9-6

Salary: $60-80K (DOE)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving complex machine issues.
• Experience with Nissei, Bekum, Aoki, or Husky brand machines strongly prefered
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to read and understand documents, such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and electrical/hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
• Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical/analog and digital circuits.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
• Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks correctly and on time
• Works with integrity and ethically, upholds organizational values
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Provide regular, complete, clear and organized service and expenses reports, based on the requirements in the field
• Oral and written communication skills
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Adobe

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel:

• Extensive travel required (>60%).
