Overview:
Our client is seeking a bilingual professional who thrives in research, coordination, and cross-cultural communication within a global business environment. The successful candidate will support client projects by connecting them with industry experts through effective outreach, communication, and scheduling. A comprehensive training program will be provided to build a strong foundation for career growth within an international team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and screen new experts to build and maintain the internal database.
- Conduct industry research and identify qualified experts based on client project needs.
- Coordinate communications and meeting schedules between clients and experts.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Uphold integrity and confidentiality standards in all client engagements.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Develop communication and negotiation skills through daily client interaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (Business level or higher).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in research, client coordination, and international business operations.
