Key Responsibilities
- Handle product inquiries via web and email, providing datasheets, compliance declarations, and technical documentation.
- Support sales by preparing documents, managing sample orders in ERP systems, and tracking delivery schedules.
- Coordinate RFQ activities: retrieve quotes, validate part numbers, maintain quote records, and update pricing databases.
- Assist in managing customer master records, price changes, and part number cross-references.
- Work closely with customer service teams to resolve blocked orders and intake errors.
- Process and manage urgent sample orders including inventory tracking and logistics.
- Maintain procedure documentation and assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under minimal supervision.
