Position Overview
This role is well suited for a hands-on engineer who enjoys owning projects from start to finish. You’ll be involved in design, fabrication, assembly, testing, installation, and customer support, working closely with both internal teams and customers. The work is varied, practical, and highly collaborative, offering strong visibility into how projects come together on the shop floor and at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate jigs and dies using machine-shop equipment and welding methods
- Assemble jigs and cells, including wiring and piping
- Support equipment integration, start-up, and trial runs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement improvements
- Refurbish customer equipment and production cells
- Provide technical support as needed
- Communicate directly with customers regarding project status and inquiries
- Coordinate vendor requests and manage timelines
- Travel to customer sites for installation and onsite support
- Prepare products for delivery, including palletizing, loading, and lift truck operation
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse and machine-shop equipment

- Manual dexterity and comfort with hands-on work
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior related experience is helpful
