Outside Sales Representative – Lexington, KY
Salary Range: $45k-$65k
Workstyle: Full time onsite

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations
- Serve as primary contact for approximately five assigned customers.
- Maintain relationships through regular on-site visits and handle customer inquiries.
- Research potential projects and propose new products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends.
Quotations
- Communicate with suppliers in Japan, Thailand, and Canada to obtain pricing and delivery details.
- Prepare and submit quotations; follow up with customers.
Delivery & On-Site Support
- Visit customer sites 2–4 times per week for product delivery and sales activities.
- Conduct on-site meetings to confirm project status.
- Collaborate with manufacturers during sales activities.
Inventory, Logistics & Internal Operations
- Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming products.
- Perform monthly inventory counts and submit stock reports.
- Work closely with team members to manage back orders and incoming shipments.
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet company needs.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and strong English communication skills.
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel locally for frequent on-site visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
