Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Salary: $70,000.00~100,000.00

Location: San Jose 95134 Office Work 

FLSA: Exempt

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations for Japan-based cruise tours chartered by company.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Sales and promotion of cruise tours to Japanese residents living in the United States

Serving as a tour escort for cruise programs

Development of sales strategies

Marketing planning and execution

Designing and implementing operational systems to support business operations

Sales activities, including:

Securing sponsors

Attracting and organizing events

Business development with travel agencies and companies that have established sales channels

Sales to group tours and corporate travel clients

As the business is still in its early growth stage and operated by a small team, this role will involve a wide variety of responsibilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to take on diverse tasks and enjoy the challenge of helping build and scale a business from the ground up.

Responsibilities will span a broad range of functions, including customer support, sales activities, event and trade show participation (with travel required), translation work, market research, and the development of operational frameworks and processes.

Requirement:

Fluency in both Japanese and English at a business level

Ability to work fully on-site (in-office)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in sales, business planning, or launching new initiatives/projects

Experience or knowledge in the travel industry

Marketing experience
