Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Core hours, 30-minute lunch; 7.5 hours/day)
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site only; no remote work)

Position Summary
This role supports daily administrative and office operations. The position is currently occupied, and the incumbent will transition to another department after the successful hire completes training. The role emphasizes attentiveness, organization, and proactive support rather than technical or accounting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for phone calls and general inquiries
- Maintain and update timekeeping data for payroll processing
- Manage office supplies, company devices, and vehicle-related records
- Support basic accounting-related administrative tasks (e.g., invoice handling, report checks)
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Assist with internal safety and emergency response activities
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding assistance
- Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc support as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, considerate, and service-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Prior administrative or office support experience
- Exposure to accounting or payroll-related tasks (not required)
Other Details
- No accounting/payroll experience required
- No college degree required; new graduates welcome
- Bonus program: twice annually, subject to company performance and individual evaluation
- Summer bonus: company performance-based
- Winter bonus: performance-based; typically ~½ month salary
- No remote work (exceptions may be granted for illness or emergencies)
