Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of three.
- Manage exhibitions, public art, and commercial projects from planning to delivery.
- Create timelines, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Oversee budgets, logistics, contracts, and risk management.
- Build strong relationships with galleries, clients, and partners.
- Prepare project materials, reports, press releases, and support media activities.
- Research and propose new public art opportunities.
- Maintain smooth communication and high project standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management and team leadership experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
- Calm under pressure; handles confidential information well.
- Japanese bilingual required.
