Location: Vaughan, Ontario (Keel and Rutherford Road)
Opening positions: 3
Job Type: 1 year Temp (with possibility of extension)
Compensation: $21 – 23/hour depending on experience
Hours:
Monday to Sunday, 60min unpaid lunch, 5 days in the office
Example:
Shift#1 from 8:00AM – 3:00PM
Shift #2 from 12:00PM – 7:00PM
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client’s call centre team in Vaughan Ontario. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated concierge assisting clients via telephone /email with all aspects of business inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support in Japanese.
- Accurately enter and maintain client information using computerized systems.
- Provide clients with information about product terms and conditions.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Team player with excellent cooperation skills.
