Logistics Coordinator

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, presenting)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel)
• Ability to analyze and understand technical and business documents (contracts, purchase orders, reports)
• Physical requirement: ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to work overtime when needed

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders (EDI, email, fax) with accuracy and timeliness
• Issue invoices and track open order status against reports
• Monitor inventory levels and track shipments with logistics team
• Support EDI and product data synchronization, resolving issues proactively
• Communicate with customers regarding order discrepancies, shipping delays, and resolution of issues
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly
• Report incidents and issues to management in a timely manner
• Comply with federal, state, and local requirements, including product recall processes
• Contribute to process improvements and team efforts
