Overview
Our client, a food manufacturing company is seeking an Inside Sales / E-commerce & SNS Coordinator to support daily sales operations and online business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and advertisement adjustments
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Product listings and updates
- Order-related support and packing coordination
- Customer complaint handling
- Support Shopify operations
- Assist with SNS (social media) posting and content management based on provided materials
- Perform basic QuickBooks (QB) tasks, such as invoice creation and sales order entry
- Support inside sales and related administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Experience in E-commerce operations and/or SNS management AND/OR QuickBooks (QB) preferred
- Japanese language proficiency required (reading and writing)
- Business-level English proficiency
