Location: On-site (no remote work)
Compensation: $40k~$50k (DOE)
Hours: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Mon–Fri; overtime as needed; unpaid 30-min break; hours may change based on business needs
Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Food-grade soybean processing and export operation supporting global demand for non-GMO soybeans and evolving end-user quality requirements.
Position Summary
Operate and support scale house, processing/bagging, shipping, and warehouse activities; manage nighttime safety controls and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate/receive soybeans from growers in the scale house per procedure
- Run processing and bagging operations with focus on quality and efficiency
- Perform basic machine operation and maintenance
- Operate forklift safely; maintain valid forklift permit
- Load containers/trucks per shipping schedule and procedures
- Prepare shipping documents
- Organize and manage inventory, including physical counts
- Manage pest control for processing facility and warehouse
- Lift 60 lbs repeatedly
- Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly
- Forklift operation required (training and certification can be provided after hire)
- English communication skills
Preferred:
- 2+ years production experience in food or grain industry
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn and stay current on industry market information
