Office Administrator (Temporary, with Possible Extension)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)

Hourly Wage: $23–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Temporary Contract – 6 months, with potential for extension


About the Role

Our client in Mississauga is looking for a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting others, and helping an office run smoothly every day.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors — and gain hands-on experience in office operations at a respected company.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors and ensure a professional, friendly reception experience
  • Manage mail and courier shipments — receive, sort, and prepare outgoing deliveries
  • Coordinate shipping documentation and assist with tracking
  • Maintain office organization, including kitchen, meeting rooms, and common areas
  • Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Keep equipment such as coffee machines, refrigerators, and water coolers in working order
  • Handle light facility maintenance tasks (e.g., tidying up, taking garbage to disposal area)
  • Support general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
