Project Assistant – Digital Marketing

Pay: $21/Hr-$22/Hr
Schedule: 9am-5pm Monday–Friday, approximately 7 hours per day
Work Style: Primarily On-site

Position Overview
A Japan-affiliated public organization in Los Angeles is seeking a bilingual Project Assistant – Digital Marketing to support digital marketing-related programs and cross-border business initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with teams and business partners in both the U.S. and Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for digital marketing projects and programs
- Review and coordinate communications and documents from headquarters
- Assist with contracts, expense processing, and payment confirmation
- Prepare and submit reports and other materials
- Coordinate schedules and meetings with domestic and international offices, external coordinators, and business partners
- Manage meeting information, visitor registration, and follow-up reports
- Collect, organize, and maintain buyer and business contact information in databases
- Support North America digital marketing initiatives and related projects
- Handle filing, document organization, and general office administration
- Assist with visitor reception and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes
- Familiarity with both Japanese and U.S. business practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom
- Basic Excel skills, including formulas
- Ability to handle confidential information and follow organizational compliance policies
