Accounting / Finance Specialist – Japanese Bilingual

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Japanese proficiency is required. Business-level or higher Japanese communication skills are required.

Position Overview

This position supports accounting and finance activities under the Accounting Manager. The role handles day-to-day accounting, financial data management, reporting, and may also assist with business planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and general accounting activities
• Financial data management and account reconciliation
• Prepare financial and management reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning as needed
• Communicate with headquarters and participate in internal meetings

Qualifications

• Accounting, finance, or related experience preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both U.S. and Japanese teams
