Position Summary

We are seeking a Director of International Business Development to lead the company's global expansion strategy. This newly created leadership role will oversee overseas business operations, drive international sales growth, and identify new market opportunities across North America, China, and Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing international food businesses and developing overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international growth strategies
• Manage sales performance and business operations across overseas subsidiaries
• Build and expand relationships with international distributors, retailers, and business partners
• Lead export sales activities and negotiations for new products
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with global teams to strengthen the company's international business platform

Qualifications

Required

• Experience driving business growth in the U.S., China, and/or Southeast Asian markets
• Experience in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
• Business-level English proficiency
• Strong international business development and strategic planning experience

Preferred

• Experience managing overseas subsidiaries or regional business operations
• Knowledge of international food regulations and export business
• Experience working with multinational retailers or distributors
