Position: Credit Analyst (Japanese Bilingual)

Industry: International Banking

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

New graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower financial performance and credit risk.
• Conduct quarterly/annual loan reviews and maintain credit reporting.
• Prepare credit applications and support due diligence activities.
• Assist with loan closings, amendments, funding, and other credit events.
• Create internal management reports and support portfolio monitoring.
• Gather documentation, draft credit memos, and perform market/industry research.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial statement, accounting, and risk assessment skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Business-level Japanese and English required.
