Lead MEP Delivery for Complex Construction Projects

An international construction and project management firm is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) systems for complex construction projects across the United States.

This role serves as the primary technical leader for MEP systems and will work closely with owners, design consultants, contractors, and project leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery from design through construction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems together with proven construction management experience.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Travel: Regular travel throughout the United States required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• 10+ years of MEP construction, engineering, or project management experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems

• Experience coordinating with owners, consultants, contractors, and AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction)

• Experience reviewing MEP design documents, construction drawings, submittals, and RFIs

• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and construction processes

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or data center project experience

• Experience managing MEP systems for large-scale capital projects

• Design-Build project experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) license

• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software

• Experience working with union contractors
