Senior Sales Manager – Advanced Materials & Semiconductor Industry

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive new business development and expand market presence throughout North America. This role is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and generating revenue through the sale of advanced material solutions across a variety of industrial markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background within the materials, chemical, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries and be comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth throughout North America.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new customer relationships and partnership opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and account growth.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operational, and management teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and account information within CRM and reporting systems.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to management.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Perform additional projects and business initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- 5–10 years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience within manufacturing, engineering, materials, or industrial sectors.
- Proven success developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships.
- Experience working with semiconductor equipment manufacturers or semiconductor-related industries is highly preferred.

Compensation
- $150,000 base salary + performance-based incentive compensation (target earnings up to $200,000 annually)
- Additional performance-based incentive compensation available

Employment Terms
The position will initially be offered as a one-year fixed-term contract. Employment status will be reviewed after one year.
