Pay: $45,000 – $50,000/year

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, procurement, and customer service. This role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting communication between factories, customers, and headquarters in Japan.

Entry-level candidates are welcome. Training will be provided.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support invoice processing and sales transactions
• Enter and manage purchase orders (QuickBooks Desktop & Excel)
• Coordinate delivery schedules for sales and purchasing
• Communicate with group factories and customers
• Arrange product samples and assist with shipping/packaging
• Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Translate documents (Japanese ⇄ English)
• Support reporting to headquarters in Japan

Requirements

• Business-level English and Japanese (REQUIRED)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
• Interest in sales operations, logistics, or customer support
