We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining office functions, supporting internal teams, and coordinating across departments including HR, logistics, and purchasing.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5–7 years of experience in office administration or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and support shipment handling as needed
Ability to travel occasionally for business needs, including overnight trips
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations including scheduling, supplies, and general administrative support
Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare reports and documentation
Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging, tracking, and documentation
Manage inventory, purchasing processes, and vendor communications
Assist with import/export documentation and logistics coordination
Provide HR administrative support including recruiting coordination and onboarding
Handle employee inquiries and maintain compliance with company policies
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
Maintain records, contracts, and company documentation
Support cross-functional teams including sales and service departments
Ensure efficient workflows and recommend process improvements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office environment
