Business Development Manager (B2B Enterprise Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new business development and expand enterprise accounts across the U.S.

This role requires a proactive approach to generating new opportunities while managing the full sales cycle in a lean and fast-growing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise clients
  • Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop proposals and deliver presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience in new business development and managing a sales pipeline
  • Ability to independently manage and close deals
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX
  • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise or OEM clients
  • Experience in technical, industrial, or complex solution sales environments
  • Experience working with global or Japanese companies
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles or multiple stakeholders

Compensation

Base salary: $80,000 – $120,000
