Position: Inside Sales Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Supervisor to support our sales team by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role enables sales managers to focus on revenue-generating activities by ensuring smooth internal processes and accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Maintain and update Microsoft Business Central (accounts, contacts, opportunities)
  • Ensure data accuracy and track sales activities
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports

Administrative & Coordination

  • Coordinate meetings, product demos, and client communications
  • Process orders and manage internal handoffs

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Business Development, Quality, Production, and Logistics teams
  • Support onboarding of new clients (customer registration)
  • Follow up on internal deliverables and deadlines

Process Improvement

  • Support stabilization of existing business operations
  • Standardize templates, workflows, and documentation
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn Microsoft Business Central

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support or customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
