We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support customer account management, order processing, and sales operations.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners—ensuring seamless communication, accurate order handling, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders, inventory levels, and shipment coordination
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare quotes, analyze pricing, and support sales activities
  • Monitor inventory and generate reports to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order and billing issues
  • Conduct competitor analysis and support new business development efforts

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of shipping, billing, or basic accounting is preferred
  • English: Business level and above, Japanese: big plus
