Position Overview:

Our client company is looking for a bilingual (Japanese-English) Property Management Assistant to join their friendly team. This role includes both in-office and field work such as vendor coordination, rent tracking, and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors and support property maintenance
  • Visit properties and assist with inspections (occasional field work)
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and assist with property showings
  • Track rent payments and update internal system (Rentec)
  • Prepare invoices and monthly reports for property owners

Requirements

  • Business-level Japanese and English
  • Valid driver’s license (for occasional property visits)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • California Real Estate Salesperson License
  • Property management or real estate experience
