We are looking for a Power Platform Operations Engineer to support a major automotive industry client in Torrance, CA. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing Microsoft Power Platform solutions used by global teams.
This position works closely with both U.S. and Japan-based teams, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing improvements across Power Platform environments.

Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Operations Support
Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- Power Virtual Agents
- Dataverse
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate issue resolution
- Monitor RPA bots and manage runtime issues
- Support Power Platform governance, including:
- DLP policies
- Environment monitoring
- COE dashboard coordination
- Manage access control and environment provisioning
- Escalate complex issues to Microsoft Support
- Perform minor low-code enhancements and troubleshooting for existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Serve as the primary operational support contact for U.S. and Japan-based teams
Cross-Border Team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between English-speaking and Japanese-speaking teams
- Coordinate between on-site operations and offshore support teams
- Ensure smooth collaboration across global stakeholders
Client Communication
- Maintain close communication with the client regarding operational matters
- Participate in operational meetings and status reviews
- Provide feedback and improvement suggestions based on operational experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate troubleshooting
- Ability to read, understand, and modify existing flows and apps
- Experience supporting Power Automate Desktop (RPA) environments preferred
- Understanding of Dataverse and Power Platform governance
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site in Torrance, CA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in bilingual (Japanese-English) enterprise environments
- Experience coordinating cross-border operational teams
- Experience supporting automotive or manufacturing industry clients
Work Schedule
🕘 Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some flexibility may be required to coordinate with Japan-based team members.
