About the Role

A manufacturing support and industrial services company is seeking a bilingual Sales & Trade Representative to support sales operations, project coordination, supply chain activities, and customer relationship management.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and business coordination skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Manage project timelines, quotations, sales bids, and forecasting reports
• Support product launches, engineering changes, and shipment coordination
• Create purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation
• Support import/export and customs clearance activities
• Visit customer sites to support business development and project activities

Qualifications

• Business sales experience required
• Bilingual Japanese/English skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of business, supply chain, and project management processes
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience in quotes, vendor/customer management, project coordination
• Willingness to travel up to 35%
