A leading company of electric actuators, industrial robots is seeking an Outside Sales Representative.

Title Outside Sales Representative

Location: Home office/Remote in St. Louis, MO

(Territory: Southern IL/MO/KS/AR)

Outside activities: 3-4 days/week

Salary: $65-75K base plus commission

*Commission is based on a sales person’s activity, but no guarantee

Benefit: Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Summary:

Outside Sales should work with distributors and end users for promoting products, advise or introduce how benefit end users earn by

using their products, support their production technologies, resolve problem etc.

Responsibilities:

 Report to National Sales Manager

 Work with distributors to sell and promote products.

 Need to create and develop on-going business relationships, in an effort to increase market share and obtain sales growth.

 Monitor and manage quotes activities and sales activities via CRM or other means.

 Regular business travel is required to the customers in the territories. Overnight business trips are required.

 Keep strong relationships with customers in collaboration with the authorized distributors.

 Achieve your sales target.

 There will be other responsibilities not be limited to above.

Skills/Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering field).

 5 years of sales/sales management experience at maker(s)/manufacturer(s) is big plus

 Experience with distributor or channel partner sales management – preferably in the industrial field

 Knowledge of industrial and technical sales development are big plus

 Able to drive a vehicle and satisfy the requirements of insurance carrier.

 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills is required.
