Position Summary:

Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for existing clients, taking on the vital role of managing overall account servicing, maintenance, retention, business expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction for assigned existing clients, end users, and distributors. This includes cultivating and solidifying their status as dependable clients for our company. Additionally, this role is dedicated to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and customers to further enrich our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential sales prospects and assigned accounts.
• Analyze customer needs and budgets, developing tailored sales strategies.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and promote promotional offerings.
• Proactively communicate with existing and potential customers to explore sales opportunities and market trends.
• Create and maintain sales collateral for customer presentations.
• Provide price quotations and credit terms, preparing sales contracts for secured orders.
• Manage the order processing, ensuring customers are informed about pricing, service changes, product discontinuations, and shipping updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
• Japanese bilingual skills required, with at minimum the ability to communicate effectively in verbal conversations.
