Location : New York, NY

Outside activities including travel: Around 50%

Salary $75K-$85K (DOE)＋Bonus

POSITION SUMMARY

A company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team while driving revenue and expanding market opportunities. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and aligning sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and report performance to upper management
• Manage territory strategy and travel across North America
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Provide post-sale support and collaborate with technical teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience
• Proven sales leadership and team development skills
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Business-level English required; Japanese preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel frequently (domestic & international)
• Able to lift up to 95lbs.
