Account Executive / Sales Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Executive / Sales Administrator to support both sales activities and daily sales operations. This role will manage customer relationships, process orders, maintain CRM data, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop new sales opportunities
- Support the sales process from prospecting through closing and follow-up
- Process customer orders and verify pricing and invoice information
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide post-sale support
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, sales administration, or related experience
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer-focused and comfortable working with both clients and internal teams
Preferred Skills
- Japanese language skill
- Experience in B2B sales or account management
- Experience with order processing and sales operations
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
