Position Overview

This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth across the East Coast for advanced power management IC solutions used in battery-powered designs. The Regional Sales Manager will own regional business development, deepen relationships with existing customers, and work closely with distribution partners to meet revenue and profitability goals. The role suits a self-directed sales professional who enjoys customer-facing work, technology-driven conversations, and building long-term market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer relationships across the East Coast, independently and with distribution partners
  • Drive new business development to support regional growth and revenue targets
  • Promote and introduce power management IC products to customers and distributors
  • Track customer meetings, document action items, and follow through on support needs
  • Maintain and update CRM data for all active opportunities
  • Analyze sales performance and revenue forecasts, adjusting strategy as needed
  • Conduct product training sessions for distribution partners
  • Ensure timely introduction of new products into the market
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry conferences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor sales
  • Familiarity with OEM customers and the electrical or semiconductor industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple internal teams and business units
  • Strong interest in technology and value-based solution selling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly
