Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual Japanese English Interpreter to support the startup of a new manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas. This role will focus on interpretation and communication support between Japanese engineers and local construction teams during the plant launch phase. The position may also include administrative support for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site Japanese–English interpretation during meetings with engineers and construction teams
• Support technical communication related to manufacturing and construction activities
• Assist with project coordination and documentation
• Provide administrative and scheduling support for executive leadership as needed
• Support relocation-related inquiries and assist visiting international staff

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Japanese and English
• Strong interpretation skills, including technical terminology
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or technical environments preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
