This role focuses on pump sales and key account management across the Southwest. You’ll drive new business, support existing customers and distributors, and represent the company in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow accounts and meet revenue goals
Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, engineers, and consultants
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and support contract review
Attend trade shows and customer meetings (travel required)
Support project coordination for pump installations and after-sales activities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and documentation for management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–3+ years of experience in sales or account management (industrial or technical products)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with travel and remote work
Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business tools
