Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)

Full-Time, Exempt / Direct Hire

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000/year (DOE)

Summary

The Market Development Manager identifies new business opportunities, analyzes markets, and develops strategies to grow revenue. This role works with cross-functional teams to launch new products, enter new markets, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Develop strategies for new markets, segments, and product launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute market plans.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Track performance (sales, market share, revenue) and propose improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience.
• Consumer goods or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Native-level English; Japanese or Asian language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
