Regional Sales Manager (West Coast Region)

REMOTE BASE

Base Salary: $120-150K/year

Position Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion and brand awareness of the company's products and alliance brand products in West Coast Region (Details: TBD). This includes developing new markets, identifying and appointing new dealers and A&D firms (Architects & Design firms) in existing markets, and building relationships with dealers, A&D firms and end-users to expand market reach. The role also involves ensuring quality assurance and after-sales maintenance, addressing customer satisfaction, and supporting healthy partnerships with dealers by evaluating their financial and business status, including credit management. In collaboration with alliance partners, the Regional Sales Manager will pursue opportunities for growth, engage in industry communities, gather market insights, and develop actionable strategies. Additionally, the role includes preparing essential documents such as quotations, presentations, and contracts to facilitate effective sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

New Market Development and Dealer Network Expansion

  • Identify and develop new markets in West Coast Region, creating entry strategies for market expansion.
  • Appoint and develop new dealers in existing markets to strengthen and expand the sales network.

Dealer Support and Management

  • Regularly visit dealers to monitor progress, collaborate on achieving sales targets, and support business planning.
  • Assess dealers' financial and business performance and perform credit management to ensure risk mitigation.
  • Conduct training and offer sales support to maximize dealer performance and capabilities.

Quality Assurance and After-Sales Maintenance

  • Ensure effective after-sales maintenance and support post-delivery processes, including troubleshooting and managing customer inquiries.
  • Gather and address customer feedback on product quality, coordinating with HQ and relevant departments for prompt issue resolution.
  • Respond quickly to quality concerns and claims to improve customer satisfaction andbuild trust.

Collaboration with Alliance Partners

  • Work closely with alliance partners to develop joint proposals and promotional activities.
  • Leverage partnerships to maximize market opportunities and enhance business growth.

Business Expansion and Brand Building

  • Build strong relationships with dealers, A&D firms, and end-users through proactive engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver key documents, including quotations, presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Actively participate in industry communities to collect insights, enhance visibility, and identify business opportunities.

Coordination with HQ and Group companies

  • Collaborate with HQ and group companies to align regional sales strategies with global objectives.
  • Share best practices and case studies to optimize local market activities.

Project and Dealer Management

  • Oversee project progress, including contract negotiation, delivery, installation, and post-sales support.
  • Address claims and ensure issue resolution, including support for payment collection when necessary.

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Develop and provide sales and marketing materials to support local initiatives.

Exhibition and Event Management

  • Lead preparations and operations for key events such as NeoCon and other industry exhibitions to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or design/interior design school graduate
  • Experience: 10 years of Corporate Sales +must have experience in contract furniture/design industry
  • MS office (Word, Excel and Power Point, Teams and Outlook), Google applications, Salesforce or another CRM system
  • Language: English
  • Full-remote base but the candidates must resides in West Coast Region – OR, WA, CA, AZ, NV area
  • Flexibility of traveling within the Sales Region

Employment Status: Exempt

Annual Base Salary: Starts from 120K + 1% bonus of sales amount in territory
