Job Title: Project Launch Specialist

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (some overtime required)

Location: Onsite in Norcross, GA

Salary: $55k-$60k


Job Summary:

Manage new project launches from prototype to mass production. Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, coordinate technical and quality information, manage schedules, and support smooth execution of launches.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee projects from technical review to mass production.
  • Finalize specifications, pricing, and schedules with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth preparation and timely launches.

Customer & Supplier Liaison:

  • Address customer inquiries and share technical/quality details.
  • Manage price negotiations, timelines, and specification changes.
  • Conduct progress meetings and provide updates.

Prototype to Mass Production:

  • Coordinate tasks across departments for seamless progression.
  • Develop and manage schedules based on deadlines and specifications.

Warehouse & Packaging:

  • Confirm packaging and label requirements, suggesting improvements when needed.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to meet shipping deadlines.

Sales Team Support:

  • Assist with project estimation, quotations, and submissions.
  • Reduce operational tasks for the sales team, focusing on mass production launches.

Internal & Global Collaboration:

  • Work closely with quality, warehouse, and global teams in Vietnam and Japan.
  • Share updates and ensure alignment on project progress.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in project management (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of warehouse and packaging operations (preferred).
  • Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English (bilingual preferred).
