Interpreter-Japanese Bilingual

Title: Japanese Bilingual Interpreter

Location: Northwest Houston, TX

Industry: Manufacturing

Employment: Full-time; Direct-Hire with full benefit package and relocation package

Salary: $70-80K

Duties may include:

• Study all relevant vocabulary and basic knowledge of the industry, equipment and technologies. 

• Provide accurate but comprehensive interpretation that allows listeners and speakers to gain maximum result from such communication.

• Assist with presentations and coordinating meetings

• Performs other duties as assigned

Experience:

• 5+ years working as a Simultaneous Interpreter preferred- Full time or Freelance. 

Education:

• BS degree. Masters in Interpretation is preferred. 

Skills/Knowledge:

• Translation skills and command of MS Word, Excel, power point, PDF, etc.

• Strong command of simultaneous interpretation skill in Japanese and English
