Position Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to Planning and Accounting functions across multiple locations. This role supports business planning, KPI tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and analytical support for Planning and Accounting operations
Track and report KPIs and support annual planning initiatives
Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and reporting
Coordinate projects, documentation, and internal processes
Support executives and management with reporting and presentations
Travel frequently to domestic and international sites as required
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of corporate experience in administration, planning, or accounting support
Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and business coordination
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience supporting executives or management preferred
International or cross-cultural work experience a plus
