Location: Illinois (Preferred) / Remote

Our client, a global technology company in transit systems, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to expand market presence for its Automated Fare Collection (AFC) and Transit Lighting products in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and build strong sales pipelines.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
• Develop annual sales strategies, forecasts, and pricing plans.
• Respond to RFPs and coordinate proposal submissions.
• Maintain key client and vendor relationships.
• Participate in industry events and workshops to promote products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 10–15 years of B2B sales or sales management experience (transit industry preferred).
• Proven record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including weekends.
• Flexible to join early/late meetings with global partners.
