Seeking a Customer Service/Operations Specialist or Supervisor to handle international freight forwarding operations, shipment coordination, hazmat documentation, and regulatory compliance. Supervisor level includes SOP development, process improvement, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage import/export and domestic freight operations
  • Track and update shipment status
  • Coordinate carriers, routes, and logistics
  • Prepare hazmat documentation; ensure compliance (DOT, IATA, IMDG)
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Negotiate costs with subcontractors
  • (Supervisor) Lead SOP creation, efficiency projects & team training

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Specialist: 2–3 yrs international freight forwarding experience
  • Supervisor: 3–5+ yrs incl. leadership
  • Knowledge of AES, ISF, IMO, hazmat regulations
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency
  • English required; Chinese a plus
