If you already work with an accounting firm for audits or reviews, outsourcing your daily accounting and bookkeeping to us can help maintain efficiency and accuracy.

We often work with clients’ existing accounting or ERP systems, so system changes are not always necessary.

For payroll, we primarily use ADP or Payroll systems, but we can also accommodate other platforms depending on your setup.

The setup varies depending on the volume of work, but we generally assign a team of several members to each client to ensure backup coverage.

Contracts & Fees

For outsourcing services such as accounting, payroll, or expatriate management, the standard contract term is one year. However, contracts can be renewed or adjusted as needed. For HR outsourcing, we propose terms that align with your company’s needs.

Fees are quoted during the proposal stage and typically include an initial consulting/setup fee plus a monthly service fee.
Monthly fees are generally fixed, but additional services beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

After signing, we handle setup, migration, and transition meetings as needed. Implementation usually takes about three months.
