Our client, a global technology company in transit systems, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to expand market presence for its Automated Fare Collection (AFC) and Transit Lighting products in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and build strong sales pipelines.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
Develop annual sales strategies, forecasts, and pricing plans.
Respond to RFPs and coordinate proposal submissions.
Maintain key client and vendor relationships.
Participate in industry events and workshops to promote products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
10–15 years of B2B sales or sales management experience (transit industry preferred).
Proven record of meeting sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel up to 75%, including weekends.
Flexible to join early/late meetings with global partners.
