Assistant Sales Representative – PE Division
Location: Georgetown, KY
Salary Range: $40,000 – $48,000
Hours: 8am-5pm

Position Overview
The Assistant Sales Representative will support the PE Division, providing project coordination, administrative support, and documentation across the sales cycle. This role works closely with Sales Representatives on project setup, reporting, change management, and preparation of sales-related materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, input, and set up new projects, invoices, POs, JOBs, and related documents using the ERP system (MS NAV).
- Export logs, reports, and other data as needed.
- Create and organize documents for the sales process.
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Create and process statement account checks and advance request forms (TMAC, TTC).
- Write, translate, and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
- Open and process purchase orders and invoices.
- Create and confirm quotes as needed.
- Prepare base inputs for vendor/customer registration.
- Support Sales Reps on major projects, including product definition delivery, launch timelines, data input, report creation, and material readiness.
- Assist with product change processes, engineering changes, and product closeouts.
- Support creation of sales bids, cost summaries, and forecast reports.
- Input purchase contract terms, POs, and invoices into the system.
- Assist with A/R and A/P reports assigned to projects.
- Support import/export customer clearance processes, including assigning HS codes.
- Track deadlines, monitor project progress, and summarize updates.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas and functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field, with at least 3 months of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of basic engineering concepts, business management, account management, or materials management is a plus.
- Japanese bilingual skills preferred (not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is helpful but not required.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
