The primary goal of this position is to increase the market share in the United States by establishing new business and expanding and maintaining good working relationships with existing customers. This role requires a highly independent individual who knows key persons with key customers and has good relationships with them. As a specialist on complex technical and business matters, the individual will come up with improvement ideas and suggestions for sales processes, methods, and techniques. This position requires 5+ years of related experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Increase market share in the United States
Establish new business opportunities
Expand and maintain good working relationships with existing customers
Create an annual sales budget plan by implementing sales and marketing strategies
Analyze industry trends and past results
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by regions and territories
Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Develop technical knowledge of the company's products and provide technical support and company presentations to customers
Create technical reports for customers based on information obtained from HQ
Understand the flow of daily operations in the office
Generate Quarterly and Weekly Reports with sales activities
Participate in weekly internal sales meetings and weekly video conference meetings with HQ
Prepare for trade shows as an exhibitor and/or attend related trade shows
Experience:
5 – 10 years of related sales experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong organizational, written, verbal, and communications skills
Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner
Ability to meet sales goals
Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player
