- Own the Proposal Strategy: Lead the creation of customer pitch and proposal materials that clearly communicate business value and transformation impact.
- Deep-Dive Discovery: Research customer operations, pain points, and market trends to position our AI solutions as strategic enablers of growth.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to uncover quantifiable value and translate it into actionable business cases.
- Consulting & Storytelling: Synthesize complex data and business challenges into clear, actionable insights and proposals.
- Onsite Expert Support: Join Field Sales in customer discussions, offering both technical and strategic expertise.
- Presentation Excellence: Develop and deliver powerful, story-driven presentations that captivate and convince.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- Japanese–English bilingual proficiency (required): Comfortable communicating complex technical and business topics fluently in both languages.
- Strong data analytics ability — familiarity with SQL or AI concepts is highly valued.
- Background in consulting, pre-sales, or business strategy, with a proven ability to connect data with business outcomes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or understanding of industrial operations preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Quick learner able to adapt to different industries and business contexts rapidly.
